Time is money because it is everything
Let me be clear- I only know what I know because I have the time to learn these things.
As a person that has a disability that causes chronic pain and fatigue, I am unable to work and have an awful lot of time that I am forced to rest which I can spend monitoring the media as well as learning from other public information sources.
Time is why I am doing all of this.
People think I don’t get what working life is like but I can imagine from what I see, even if only by the hole it leaves for someone unable to work at all, like me.
What I see is an overworked electorate, working harder for less spending more and more time, unpaid, commuting for work that is underpaid, by definition, as your boss steals most of your wage under capitalism.
The reason I so strongly object to the idea that ignorance of something disproves intelligence is because people are being sabotaged.
What chance do your have of knowing the truth when the time it takes to wade through the our dog shit media is stolen from you.
In the context of this theft of time as well as your wage and it’s just rational in that position to have to address all of life and works demands and I won’t judge anyone for choosing to use those precious moments to just be a the person they are with the people they love rather that spending the time and energy on being properly informed.
This theft of time means people don't have the time to learn truths about this system and the the socialist ideas that expose the exploitation inherent in the status quo and explain why our economy and society, your life, is the way it is.
This awareness is known as Class Consciousness and us a necessary precondition for even the urge for populist change, let alone engagement in the pursuit.
The theft of time maintains Wage Theft
If more people understood this they can seek to change their lives the way self-help books never mention:
Political Action.
I am An Activist
am I forming a new party? Do I seriously consider myself to be “the leadership we need?
I’m An Artist
is this performance art meant to prompt a viable political leader to make a similar declaration of opposition?
I am Radical
Is this a call for revolution?
The Intolerant Left backs me in the choice to leave these questions unanswered for now.
Who Is The Intolerant Left?
The Intolerant Left is the name of an account I encountered on my live streams, he was one of the first onboard with collab working, became channel editor, then partner: a partnership that has become all-encompassing.
His name is Ellis, pictured below as the Intolerant Left with the loyal Comrade Squidge.
Capitalism may, now, be more vulnerable to Socialist revolution than ever before.
Why? Because of the pandemic. We have all seen governments will do things they would never have considered, would even have condemned as socialist because no one could work.
Remember, essential workers, you are called as such
because, without you, everything fucking stops.
The Intolerant Left is not just Ellis and me though, it comprised anyone on the Left who refuses to tolerate capitalist atrocity and the fascism it reaches for at times like this when they are most vulnerable.
Capitalism may well never have been as vulnerable to revolution as it is right now.
