STAY ANONYMOUS

We said earlier, many times, that there were "lessons but no regrets". We said this because we were always prepared to suffer for the cause but the truth is now we are wracked with regret. Because none of it will make a damn difference if we remain isolated from the leftist movement like this. Nothing we've done or ever do will be used, our contribution dismissed and unwelcome. It is also dangerous that this means the lesson I will write about here will also be dismissed.

So here is that lesson, what could have saved us from this regrettable fate: If you're anonymous we'd strongly recommend staying that way until you have a really decent following. If you're semi-anon, sort out anything identifiable so you are properly anonymous.

We do think that non-anon advocates for anarchism and revolution are needed (obviously, that's why we tried) but we definitely should have done as I've suggested here, work anonymously until we were anything close to well known. Don't turn out like us.

This interview is largely spent talking about exactly this, In greater depth from bot a personal and politcal perspective.
